Postage & Delivery
After placing your order with us we will dispatch as soon as possible. If your item is in stock we will dispatch the following day. If your item is out of stock we will order it in and usually dispatch in 2 working days. Should your item be unavailable we will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Delivery is included in the price for UK Mainland only.
All items are sent First Class Post Signed For or by courier on next day delivery. A signature will be required. We will advise you of dispatch the evening the goods leave us.
Someone must sign for the goods on delivery. If no one is home a card will be left and you can either collect from the local depot or arrange a re-delivery.
If no contact is made the package will be returned to us and you will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
For in stock items, our average delivery is 4 working days which increases during Holiday periods such as Christmas and can be slightly longer during peak sales periods. Individual products on our website refer to specific delivery periods.
Mainland UK: Our delivery terms and charges only apply to mainland UK (excluding Highlands, islands and NI).
Delivery charges in the event of cancellation or customer not at home: If you do not like a product once delivered and return it to purchase another similar value product we will still make no charge for delivery (provided the similar item is for a similar amount). You would be responsible for return shipment costs of the unwanted product.
Orders that ship internationally will usually occur additional taxes, duties, VAT and other fees associated with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an additional 20%-30% of your order total. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by the shipping company. The shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order and handling fees. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by our shipping company or other customs officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that some countries we will not ship to because of the high rate of fraudulent orders reported for those countries. We are not responsible for your order if you choose the wrong country on the drop down list and you receive no shipment as a result. If you have chosen the wrong country in error, please contact us so we can redirect the shipment if it is possible.
