Be physically active at your desk with Office Fitness Desk Walker Treadmill Desk. Office work can affect your health, weight and general fitness, through being sedentary for large parts of the day. Our Desk Walker offers the perfect solution to keeping moving whilst working at the same time. The treadmill doesn't have to be used for running, you can simply walk slowly while reading, typing or making calls and you'll quickly see the benefits. The working surface is 1000 x 575 mm with the treadmill control placed built in it. Treadmill designed for steady indoor walking now uses a new quieter and more efficient electric motor and space-saving 34cm belt. For most people this is more than wide enough for the natural walking gait but just to be sure, we advise marking out two strips of tape, 34cm apart and observing whether the lines are crossed when walking and looking ahead.
The non-health related reasons for walking
Treadmill belt adjustment
Aligning the Treadmill Belt
Ensure the running belt is centered on your treadmill at all times. Running style and a non-level surface are two instances that may cause the belt to drift off center. Minors adjustment to the two bolt at the rear of the treadmill are necessary when the belt has drifted off center.
1. Press “START” then increase the treadmill speed to 3 mph (5 kph).
2. Stand the rear of the treadmill to determine which direction to the belt of drifting
3. If the belt drifts to the left, turn the left adjustment bolt one-quarter turn clockwise and the right adjustment bolt one-quarter turn counter-clockwise.(See FIG.C)
4. If the belt drifts to the right, turn left adjustment bolt one-quarter turn counter-clockwise and the right adjustment bolt one-quarter turn clockwise. (See FIG.C)
5. Observe the tracking of the belt for about two minutes. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 as needed.

I can hear a loud noise from the engine of my treadmill. How do I fix it?
This is most probably due to the vibration caused by the motor belt not in proper alignment. Please try to adjust the motor belt be straight, move the motor belt from roll and motor.
This video explains how to make the adjustment. https://vimeo.com/245857918
Is the height of the desk adjustable?
No, the height of the Office Fitness ActiWork Treadmill Desk is fixed.
Height from belt to top of desk - 92cm
Height from ground to top of desk - 110cm
Workspace measures 100 by 57.5 cm
What are the options on desk sizes?
We offer 1000x575mm desktops only for Office Fitness ActiWork Treadmill Desks
Can you also run on this when not using the desk feature?
You can, although the desktop is not designed as quick release. It's screwed in through the bars and even though it would probably only take a minute to remove, switching backwards and forwards may not be that practical an option
Is it noisy? Would someone on the other end of a phone-call be able to hear the treadmill motor?
Normal running is fairly quiet ( about air conditioning level). There are beeps at the start but this is a 3 second countdown. One of our customers is running 18 Treadmills in one office where calls are made and received from their customers. Apparently the noise level is fine for this not to be an issue.
