I am considering buying a workstation exercise bike. How many resistance levels are in FitBike-2?
It's an infinitely variable dial so the resistance increases the more you turn without fixed increments. It's difficult to gauge the exact power needed to drive at maximum but I am a road cyclist and think it equates to about 200w or in general terms significant force ( I would struggle to pedal at 60rpm on full resistance).The general idea for office work, though, is low cadence, low resistance and longer duration instead of gym style usage.Hope that helps
