Returns: Of course ... every now and then a customer might want to return a product and not select another. In this case we operate a very fair policy ... online orders where you have not had the chance to inspect goods in a store and delivered from stock can be returned within 14 days provided they are in saleable condition but you must let us know in writing within 7 days of delivery. This means the product must be in its original undamaged packaging, and not subject to marks from assembly or use.

In instances where the product has been unpacked, assembled and used, a residual refund will be processed depending upon the condition.

All returns must be pre-approved by email and require a return authorization (RA) number. Upon receipt and inspection, your account will be credited the appropriate amount.

Note: As Office Fitness Table Tennis Meeting Tables and Fixed Height Standing Desks are custom built, once work is underway (usually within 48 hours) we can not accept cancellations.  This does not apply to the remainder of the Office Fitness range where cancellations are refunded in full ( less any delivery or re-packaging costs for an opened item),  if the product is being returned for reasons other than product failure or wrongly delivered part.
